General David Brucker sent Bishop and a six-person covert ops squad to ambush President Hassan’s security detail and kidnap him, but Jack and Renee resisted and murdered his team. Bishop was taken into custody after Jack shot him in the leg. Jack made the decision to transport Bishop back into the tunnel to find out more about the kidnapping scheme after Bishop acknowledged that he had collaborated with General Brucker to transfer Hassan to Samir Mehran prior to the bomb going off in New York. Bishop then ordered Hassan to board his SUV while secluding Renee, Jack, and Hassan’s family in a room. While he and Rob Weiss spoke with terrorist Samir Mehran on the phone, Brucker kept him in line. When Samir requested to speak with Hassan, Bishop handed him the phone.

Bishop met Hassan at a rendezvous point on 93rd Street, and Tarin Faroush instructed him to hand over Hassan. Bishop demanded to know where the bomb was when the light changed, but Tarin threatened not to reveal its location. Bishop then discovered a set of car keys near the newspaper stand and used them to unlock the van in which Tarin had left the deactivated bomb. When Jack arrived on the scene, he directed that Bishop be arrested and transported to a medical unit. Bishop asked Jack if the bomb was real, recalling how they had saved Manhattan by handing over Hassan to the terrorists.

Michael Irby Law & Order

Irby played Cesar Jones, a robber turned serial killer, in the Season Nine episode “Persuasion.” Marvin Caul used Cesar Jones, a robber who turned serial killer and cult leader. He appears in the episode “Persuasion” from Season 9.

Jones was born on February 6, 1982, and little is known about his early years other than that. He was a convicted felon who had previously been arrested and charged with robbery, assault, and drunken driving. On January 10, 2004, he was also found guilty of armed robbery and received a sentence of five to ten years in jail. He engaged in numerous assaults with other prisoners while he was incarcerated.

After he was let go, Marvin Caul, who was in charge of a gang of homeless individuals who were engaging in a lot of pick-pocketing, took him under his wing. Jones was coerced by Caul into serving as his second in command, and Caul was then in charge of all of his subsequent murders. Jones kept referring to Caul as “The Doctor” throughout, which was probably a result of Marvin hypnotizing him.

Next, after paralyzing Darby with spikes covered in tetrodotoxin, Clyde carefully dismembers Darby before beheading him on camera.
