Ferdo Ivanek and Vojka Šimić are Ivanek’s parents. He was raised in Ljubljana, PR Slovenia, FPR Yugoslavia. Željko moved to Palo Alto, California, in 1960 with his mother, younger brother Ivan, and father, who was employed as a research assistant at Stanford University’s Department of Electrical Engineering. His mother was a project manager at Stanford University as well.
Ivanek and his family went to Slovenia in 1962 and lived there for five years until moving back to Palo Alto in 1967. Ivanek graduated in 1975 from Ellwood P. Cubberley High School in Palo Alto, California, after participating in a number of community theater productions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ivanek received his degree in theater from Yale University in 1978. Later on, he studied at the Dramatic Art and Music Academy in London.

Andre Drazen was Alexis’s brother and the son of Victor Drazen. An important figure in the Drazen syndicate, he organized the plan to kill Senator David Palmer, free his father from the Mobile Underground Detention and Detainment system, and set up Jack Bauer as the assassin in retaliation for Operation Nightfall, which had killed his mother and sister.
Former mercenary Andre was brought in to help Ira Gaines finish a plot that he had been contracted to carry out. He saw an attempted murder at the Santa Clarita Power Plant and threatened to overthrow Ira for failing to deal with Palmer or Bauer. When Andre got to Gaines’ property, he handed him an order to kill Bauer’s wife and children.
In an effort to be nearer to Bauer’s family, Andre dispatched Jovan Myovic to the hospital. Then, to execute the second part of his plan, he flew to Saugus with a group of mercenaries under the command of Harris. Andre used a C-5 bomb to get into the prison and free his father Victor, assuming his sibling was dead. After killing every guard, they abducted Bauer. In the meantime, Andre’s men abducted Kim Bauer in order to keep control over Jack. Andre gave Bauer instructions to visit Palmer at his hotel and give him the phone so they could discuss their frozen assets.
After reading about Palmer’s passing in the news, Andre called Jack Bauer to arrange a deal: Jack’s life in return for his daughter’s freedom. Andre discovered that Kim Bauer had broken free and confronted her on a pier just before 11 p.m. Andre persuaded his father to depart the nation after Victor told Yelena that his daughter had been murdered.

Jorge is a supporting antagonist in the third season of the show and has a recurrent role in the first, third, and seventh seasons. Jorge meets an unfortunate end in the Season 3 episode “Hitting the Ground,” having been murdered by Russell Edgington, the Vampire King of Mississippi, after he proclaims him and Queen Sophie-Anne man and wife. The last time Jorge was seen was in a flashback during the episode “Death is Not the End” in the seventh and final season of the television show.
The Magister was a despotic, terrifying, dominant, and sanctimonious individual who delighted in abusing his dominance over defenseless entities such as humans and fellow vampires. As a result of his elderly age and political influence, he intimidated a lot of vampires. He saw people as inferior creatures who should only be used as servants. Jorge was also a very dogmatic person. He adhered to both the Vampire Authority and the Catholic church with a fervent devotion. Despite his enjoyment of causing misery to others, the Magister seems to have a low pain tolerance. In addition, he had a strong sense of personal honor and was exceedingly obedient. Though stern, his sense of justice was strong.
