The game begins in a diner, with Dodge escaping the hunters and a phone tracking his whereabouts. Val sees $300,000 placed in his account, but Dodge does not return her calls. He gets kidnapped and brought to Miles as a captive. Dodge lays traps for Nixon, Reagan, and Kennedy, but Looger shoots Kennedy. He bombs up the shop and kills Reagan, but Nixon escapes.

Connell, Dodge’s subordinate, discloses that Miles had established their base at Dodge’s failed high-rise construction, The Carrington. Dodge slips off and hangs from the ledge, but Nixon praises him for a great game. Val reunites with Dodge, who wins the game and the money, and Miles is given a new file for the next prey.
