Vikram Vij is a Canadian chef of Indian origin, cookbook author, and television personality. He co-owns the Indian cuisine restaurants Vij’s Restaurant and Rangoli Restaurant in Vancouver, British Columbia, with his ex-wife Meeru Dhalwala.
