He appeared as mercenary En-Joo in Rambo. En-Joo is first seen riding with the other mercenaries on John Rambo’s boat. He was portrayed as the most approachable mercenary besides School Boy, frequently cracking jokes and sharing his knowledge of the Burmese Army. En-Joo was seen smoking a cigarette as the group entered the ransacked and deserted village, expressing great skepticism that any of the Christian missionaries were still alive.

He did, however, agree with Schoolboy that they should search for them anyway. En-primary Joo’s weapon was a SIG SG 551 rifle. He takes part in the final gunfight, and his bravery saves many lives, but he is tragically killed when Lewis shoots a Tatmadaw soldier just as he throws a fragmentation hand grenade, which lands in front of En-Joo and explodes, killing him instantly.
