Rivera appears on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta in seasons three, five, and six.In season three of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, Tammy joins the cast. The season follows her relationship troubles with Waka, including prior infidelities and Waka’s brother, Kayo Redd’s, suicide death. The pair elopes later in the season. Tammy is away from the program following a violent argument with Joseline at the third season reunion, finally returning as a supporting cast member for three episodes near the conclusion of season four.

In season five, she returns to the main cast. The season follows the debut of her T-Rivera swimsuit line. While looking for models, she is initially interested in recruiting trans lady D.
