Hostin was even awarded a Special Achievement Award for her successful prosecution of sex offenders in court. Sunny eventually made her first on-screen appearance as a TV personality and legal commentator for Court TV. She was then offered a position as a legal correspondent on FOX News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor.
Sunny even worked for CNN from 2007 to 2014. She then joined ABC’s The View in 2014 as a regular guest contributor. Hostin then went on to appear as a contestant on another reality series called Mother’s Day edition of Chopped on the Food Network in 2015. She was disqualified during the last round of the competition in the same year. Sunny then became a permanent host of ABC’s The View in March 2016.
