Sophia Yan is an American classical pianist, journalist, and Beijing correspondent for The Daily Telegraph, a conservative British news outlet. Yan began her media career in July 2010 as a reporter for Bloomberg News, located in Hong Kong and Washington, DC. Yan started working at CNN in 2013.
