He injects himself with a serum that provides him with enhanced strength and agility.
Mohinder came across a man while working for the Company who could absorb electrical currents and produce waves of electromagnetic pulse, causing blackouts and disrupting circuits and electronics. He became such a threat to those around him that he disabled defibrillators and life support systems, killing those who used them. His plans to develop a cure for HLH using dark matter as a binding agent resulted in his transformation into a meta-human. Despite his research and the best efforts of himself and S.T.A.R. Labs, he was unable to find a permanent medical solution to his condition, though he eventually came to the conclusion that he could live forever as long as he scares others and feeds on their adrenaline-infused blood, leading him to completely abandon his humanity in favor of self-preservation.
Ramsey was detained by A.R.G.U.S. in the new multiverse and had unknown plans; he stated that he is in for the “long run.” Magog released Ramsey from his cell at some point in 2022, transporting him to 2049 to wreak havoc as part of the former’s plan to spark a crisis.
