Sarah Harris is a journalist and television presenter from Australia. She presently co-hosts The Project on Network 10 and previously co-hosted the morning talk show Studio 10.

Sarah stated on November 23, 2022, that she would be departing Studio 10 after nine years as host to become a new co-host of The Project in 2023, following the resignation of the show’s longest-running co-host Carrie Bickmore in December 2022.

In August 2013, she left the Nine Network to co-host Network Ten’s new morning show, Studio 10, with Ita Buttrose, Joe Hildebrand, and Jessica Rowe. Network 10’s Studio 10 is an Australian morning chat show. Angela Bishop, Narelda Jacobs, and Tristan MacManus host the show, which airs between 10 a.m. and noon on weekdays and 10 a.m. to noon on weekends. Studio 10 is broadcast live from Network 10 Studios in Pyrmont, a Sydney suburb.
Sarah Harris Shark Tank
Harris was named the presenter of Shark Tank in November 2014. Shark Tank is an Australian reality competition television series that ran on Network Ten from 8 February 2015 to 7 August 2018 and featured aspiring entrepreneur-contestants making business presentations to a panel of “Shark” investors. Fox Studios Australia was used to film Shark Tank.
The show aired for four seasons. On October 31, 2018, it was reported that the show would not return for a fifth season in 2019. The series will return on Network 10 in March 2023, with a new panel of investors to be confirmed, and will be produced by Curio Pictures. Network 10 unveiled the new investor panel on March 22, 2023.
Sarah Harris Career
Harris attended Queensland University of Technology and majored in journalism and international business. Her journalism career began in 1997 at Brisbane’s Seven Network, where she submitted reports for Seven News and later Today Tonight. She began working as a freelance television reporter and presenter for Prime Gold Coast News in June 2001. She later returned to the Seven Network in Brisbane as a cadet news reporter and writer.
Harris joined the Nine Network in 2002 as a reporter, researcher, and Extra fill-in presenter. She also worked as a reporter for National Nine News and Today. She provided live coverage of the Cairns Tilt Train derailment in November 2004, as well as Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen’s funeral in Kingaroy in 2005. In 2005, she quit Today to work as a reporter and fill-in presenter for National Nine News in Brisbane.
Harris relocated to Sydney in 2007 to work as a Today reporter and fill-in news presenter. She also worked as a substitute news anchor on Nine Morning News, Nine Afternoon News, Nine News Sydney, and Weekend Today. Harris was the primary stand-in for Sonia Kruger on Mornings in 2012. While Leila McKinnon was on maternity leave, she filled in on Weekend Today.
