Sandra Sully House
Sully and her wealthy husband Symon are selling the entire apartment block on the Gold Coast. According to The Daily Telegraph, the three Broadbeach apartments are located within a six-unit boutique block on Chelsea Avenue, just a “street back from the sand.”
Strangely, the couple seems quick to sell the threesome of financial plan living spaces as a complete bundle, taking note of on the posting: ‘ Buy one or all of them. Then, in 2008, they paid $410,000 for a pad on the ground floor of the same complex, and in 2016, they paid $415,000 for the top floor. “occupies the northeast point position with one sheltered balcony enjoying park views and one spacious courtyard,” according to the residence on the ground floor.
The comfortable parlor highlights two four-seater sofas, both contributing quieted beige tones – albeit one difference with a dark seat cover. All three apartments have tiled living and dining rooms that are combined. The ground apartment has white wooden furniture and baby blue wall tiles. An unobtrusive main room leads straightforwardly onto a sun-doused verandah.
Given the more contemporary layout of the kitchen and the stainless steel appliances, it is evident that Sandra and Symon only recently purchased the apartment on the top floor. With sliding doors leading to a balcony with a view of the beach from the living room, the lot also makes use of its height. In the meantime, the second-floor offering’s pompous, obsolete dim earthy colored variety range, seen on the lounge chairs and wooden decorations, may demonstrate disruptive for purchasers.
