After studying business at Concordia University in Montreal, he founded Dynamic Concept, a water cooler company in Lebanon. As President and CEO of this distribution company, he gains his first international trade experience in Lebanon and Syria.
He put his experience to good use by working for his father’s CMA CGM Group, which he joined in 1994. He began his career in New York and Hong Kong before returning to the Group’s headquarters in Marseille, where he assumed increasingly important responsibilities between 1997 and 2004.
Rodolphe Saadé was the Director of the United States – Mediterranean – Far East – Northern Europe and Far East – Northern Europe – United States West Coast lines from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, he was appointed Director of the Transatlantic and Transpacific line, and in 2002, he was promoted to Vice President of the same line.
Rodolphe Saadé was appointed General Manager in 2004 and is in charge of developing the North-South Axis’ regular lines to North America, Central America, the Caribbean, South and West Africa, Australia, and the Indian Ocean.

Rodolphe Saadé relocates the headquarters of CEVA Logistics from Switzerland to France, creating 200 jobs. In the presence of French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, he will inaugurate it in November 2019.
