Prior to getting the role in Entourage, Lee worked as a casting assistant as well as performing in the children’s theatre company, Imagination Company. He directed the casting for the television film The Cure for a Diseased Life. Lee has also appeared in several television shows, including Twins, What About Brian, as Maurice on two episodes of Zoey 101. Lee portrayed Lloyd Lee, the gay assistant to Ari Gold, played by Jeremy Piven, who went on to become an agent and the interim head of TMA’s television department. Lee debuted in the opening episode of the show’s second season, “The Boys Are Back in Town,” which introduced Lloyd as Ari’s new assistant.
Lee appeared as Mr. Wolfe, a naive high school guidance counselor, in the first two seasons of the ABC sitcom Suburgatory. In season 3 of the Fox Television Comedy-Drama Glee, he served as one of the judges at Nationals. In 2014, he starred as Elliot Park, the publicist and “right-hand man” to a young tech entrepreneur named Josh in the ABC Family (since rebranded as Freeform) television sitcom Young & Hungry. Young & Hungry aired for five seasons before being canceled in 2018. Lee appears as Oscar Chow, Jessica Huang’s undergraduate lover, in an episode of Fresh Off the Boat in 2015. Lee is presently starring as a talent agent in Wix.com’s 2015 “#ItsThatEasy” celebrity-themed ad campaign.
