Over 1,000 copies of My Little French Kitchen were sold each week. She finished filming two new BBC Worldwide cooking shows in 2014: Kitchen Journal by Rachel Khoo: The Kitchen Journal of London and Rachel Khoo: Cook of the Cosmos. Internationally and in the UK, both series aired. In the Kitchen Notebook of Rachel Khoo: As a cosmopolitan cook, she cooked dishes that were influenced by her travels to various European and Eurasian cities, including Stockholm and Istanbul. On February 12, 2015, her cookbook, Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, was released in the United Kingdom. She went to Malaysia in November 2014 to shoot an episode of the show A Cook Abroad.

The Little Swedish Kitchen, her sixth cookbook, was published on July 26, 2018. In 2018, Khoo started shooting her new TV series, My Swedish Kitchen, in the Swedish open country. Khoo spent two years working in public relations for the t-shirt manufacturer Thomas Pink after graduating from college. Searching for “experience” in her life and without any information on French, she quit her place of employment and required a three-month patisserie course at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in 2006. She sold perfume at Printemps, an upscale department store, and worked part-time as an au pair in Paris.

In 2010, Khoo signed her first publishing contract for two cookbooks in French: Pâtes à tartiner and Barres à céreales, muesli et granola maison, both published by Marabout. Rachel Khoo’s Muesli and Granola and Rachel Khoo’s Sweet and Savory Pâtés were both later published in English. She also worked as a freelancer for Volkswagen briefly in Germany, where she managed events related to food.

BBC television aired A Cook Abroad on March 9, 2015: Malaysia, where Rachel Khoo learned about the country’s cuisine and visited the home of her father’s extended family. Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, the fourth television series created by Khoo: Melbourne, debuted in Australia on 23 July 2015 on the organization SBS.
