Patti LuPone is American singer and actress most recognized for her roles in musical theater. In addition to her two Grammy Awards, two Tony Awards, and two Olivier Awards, she was inducted into the American Theater Hall of Fame in 2006. She began her professional career in 1972 with The Acting Company and quickly became well-known for her main roles in West End and Broadway productions.
