Pastor Todd leads the church alongside his wife, Natalie Todd, a role that they have been carrying out since February 2015 when Bishop Gary McIntosh, the church’s founding pastor, instilled them to be the lead pastors. He is also described as a new school pastor with the aim of reaching the community, cities and the world at large through the use of progressive and relevant ways in spreading the Gospel of Christ. The Transformation Church is a non-denominational, multi-generational, multi-cultural mission shaped christian church in Tulsa north, Oklahoma. It was founded by Bishop Gary McIntosh. Bishop is a white man and when he arrived in Tulsa with the intention of starting a church, some clergy in the community provided some resistance. Regardless of the displeasure, Bishop Gary founded the Transformation Church and led it for 15 years until February 2015 when he instilled pastors Michael and Natalie Todd as the Lead Pastors of the church.
Since Pastor Natalie and Michael took over the church’s leadership, membership has grown largely. This led Pastor Mike to add another service for the overflow crowds. He reaches the community from all walks of life with his moving non-traditional series. For instance, on tithes and offerings in the church, he delivered a sermon titled “Wait till I get my money right”, which in turn led to over 250 members became tithers to the ministry.
