Nicole is a 24-year-old woman with a laser-like focus. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with honors from the University of Southern California in 2007. During her tenure at USC, she concentrated on sports entertainment with the aim of pursuing a career in action sports; she hopes to one day work as a pit reporter for Formula One racing. In 2006, she had the rare opportunity to serve as a liaison for the NBA summer Pro-league and the Los Angeles Lakers. She was hired by ESPN as a Production Assistant at the ESPN ESPY Awards the following year. She did such an outstanding job that she was asked to return the next year.
Nicole worked as a teacher for middle school students while in college. Nicole tutored middle school students in math and science during her time in college. Her mother is a science teacher at Oak Park’s Medea Creek Middle School, and she used to help out in the classroom when she was home from college.
