Nasim Pedrad is an American actress and comedian who was a cast member of NBC’s sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live. She later starred in the Fox sitcoms Mulaney and New Girl, the Fox horror comedy series Scream Queens, the TBS science fiction comedy series People of Earth, and the 2019 film Aladdin. Pedrad also developed, produced, and starred in the TBS/Roku Channel sitcom Chad.

Saturday Night Live
Pedrad joined the Saturday Night Live cast in 2009 for the 35th season (2009–2010). Pedrad was a prominent player for two years before becoming a repertory player in the 2011-12 season. Pedrad departed SNL in 2014 to focus on Mulaney. In the fall of 2014, she left Saturday Night Live to star in Mulaney, a new Fox sitcom. Sean decides to date her, and they kiss on the street.

Pedrad was an entertainer with the Sunday Organization at The Groundlings.
