Wolf worked at Bear Stearns from 2007 to 2008 before moving on to JPMorgan Chase, where he spent nearly four years in mutual funds and managing accounts between the two firms. Wolf began taking improv lessons at the Upright Citizens Brigade and the Peoples Improv Theatre (PIT) around the time of his buyout from JPMorgan. Her discomfort with the imperfect and transitory nature of improv led her to audit a stand-up class at the People’s Improvisational Theatre, also known as The PIT. Her debut appearance on late-night television was on Late Night with Seth Meyers in July 2014. She returned to Late Night several times, frequently as her fictional persona, “Grown-Up Annie,” an adult version of Little Orphan Annie.
