His most well-known performances are Private Dancer on Scrubs, Harry Houdini in Houdini & Doyle, and the psychotic and sadistic kidnapper Jake in the HBO serial drama Six Feet Under. Michael realised that, their was another actor who he shared a his full names Michael Rubinstein with in the Screen Actors Guild. He decided to therefore changed his last name from Rubinstein to Weston.
Weston Family – Education
Rubinstein is the son of Judi West and actor John Rubinstein. The Polish-Jewish piano virtuoso Arthur Rubinstein was his paternal grandfather. Additionally, he is the great-grandson of Emil Młynarski, a Polish conductor who founded the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and served as the Scottish Orchestra’s principal conductor. Northwestern University awarded him a degree in Theater and Arts.

Weston House
In Seasons 5 and 6, he plays Lucas Douglas, the private investigator. Throughout the fifth and sixth seasons of House, Lucas Douglas appeared on the show frequently. In Season 5, House employed him as a private investigator to monitor Wilson. He started dating Lisa Cuddy in Season 6. For a brief period, he was her fiancé, but she broke things off and moved in with House at the end of the season.
Lucas doesn’t seem like the right person to work as a private investigator at first. He finds it difficult to hide his identity and is frequently obvious as a fraud. He is unable to follow anyone without being noticed. He is unable to choose suitable locations for observation. But these flaws frequently led to people underestimating him.

As Simon Marsden in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Weston portrayed the role. Born Simon Hollister, Simon Marsden was the adoptive uncle of Noah Porter-Benson, the paternal younger half-brother of Olivia Benson, and the father of Olivia Marsden with his former wife Tracy Harrison.
Joseph Hollister and Sharon Marsden reared Simon in New Jersey, where he was born. Simon had experienced a near-death experience when his father drove his automobile recklessly one evening. This was his mother’s breaking point, and in an effort to distance herself from Joseph, she took Simon away and changed their last names.Another time, he went to a school dance with Carrie Millfield, and afterward, they ended up going to his car. Carrie withdrew when they began to make out. She tore her clothing trying tear get out of the automobile.
The following day, when Carrie made up the story that he had raped her, Carrie’s father went up to Simon and ordered him to leave her alone. In 1988 and 1989, Simon was caught and found guilty twice for joyriding, and in 1990, he was found guilty of shoplifting women’s underwear for his girlfriend. After reaching adulthood, Simon secured employment as a pharmacist at a 24-hour pharmacy.
When Simon was made a suspect in a murder investigation in 2001, he assisted the authorities by providing a DNA sample. Eventually, the charges against him were dropped. Simon subsequently moved in with Lucy and her six-year-old kid after meeting and befriending Lucy. Later on, he came under suspicion for a string of break-ins at two women’s houses, where nothing was taken but stuff was relocated.
Weston Scrubs
On Scrubs, he portrays Brian Dancer. Individual Brian Dancer was a Sacred Heart Hospital patient. Short-term memory loss is a problem for U.S. Army Private Brian Dancer, who was injured in his brain by an IED. His time in Iraq causes friction among the employees and forges a relationship with Dr. Kelso. Later, he makes a pact with J.D. that he will continue therapy if J.D. asks his therapist, Anne Chase, out on a date. He also sets a goal to be able to write his name in a month.
When Turk told Brian that he was actually just an ordinary student, he was supposed to go into surgery. Dr. Radovicnouizicioiuizcinicizich’l took Turk’s place. Later on, Turk is given another chance when Brian forgets that he was Turk’s replacement during the procedure. Turk sticks to his response, and Brian continues to use him as his surgeon. He overdoses on drugs in an effort to end his life after being turned down for the Army and demands that everyone tell the truth to one another. Ultimately, Elliot gets him to swear he will see a therapist, and they kiss.
Weston Six Feet Under
Jake was played by Weston on Six Feet Under. Criminal Jake steals David Fisher’s automobile and drives him around the city for the rest of the night, abusing him, making him take drugs, and then placing a gun to his lips before taking off with his vehicle.
After he is finally captured, David goes to see him in prison in the hopes of finding closure for his experience, but instead discovers that Jake is incredibly disconnected from reality. David informs Jake that he will not be returning, pleased that he is obviously miserable despite receiving no response.
Elementary
In his role as Oscar Rankin, he played a junkie who used to give drugs to Sherlock Holmes. He is cunning and malicious, and he has never forgiven Holmes for deciding against a drug-filled existence. Holmes is compelled to look for Oscar, his old drug supplier, after he is interrogated as a suspect in the murder of Maria Gutierrez two years earlier.Since Holmes was an addict at the time of Maria’s murder, he thinks Oscar would know something about her whereabouts.
Oscar makes up the fact that he can’t recall Maria throughout lunch.Subsequently, Detective Bell gives Holmes the names of regulars, including Oscar, at the soup kitchen Maria worked at. Oscar approaches Holmes and claims that Holmes killed her, threatening to report the crime to the authorities. Holmes is subsequently arrested because he thinks Oscar is telling the truth. Oscar, who refused to report Holmes, is confronted by Watson and provides him with information that points to the real culprit. Holmes severely criticizes Oscar while also offering him a reservation at a recovery facility. Oscar promises that he will one day become like Holmes.
Oscar kidnaps Alfredo as payback for Holmes’ assistance in finding his drug-addled sister Olivia. In the hopes that Holmes may relapse, Oscar takes Holmes to every location Olivia has visited, including a heroin den and Hemdale. Holmes discovers that Oscar was trying to push him over the brink when he discovers Olivia dead and evidence that he knew she was dead before he abducted Alfredo. After Holmes defeats Oscar and breaks his ribcage and skull, he relapses after accepting a heroin kit that Oscar had lured him with.
