An adult Allosaurus attacks a baby Nasutoceratops that the family comes upon. As the family takes cover inside their RV, a third Nasutoceratops emerges and chases the Allosaurus away.
The Allosaurus destroys the RV so it may devour the family while the baby cries. The Allosaurus flees after the daughter shoots it in the skull and eye with a crossbow, much to the horror of its parents and son. The family, taken aback by the circumstances, embraces. A pack of Compsognathus, a Stegosaurus, fishermen walking by a Parasaurolophus, a Mosasaurus devouring a great white shark, and a Pteranodon swooping at a dove are among the other creatures seen in the closing credits footage.

Hurd appeared as Maddy Logelin in the 2021 American comedy-drama film Fatherhood.Childhood sweethearts Matt and Liz Logelin are ready for Maddy, their first child, but her mother passes away from a pulmonary embolism.
