From 2001 to 2004, Oliver worked weekdays at KGPE-TV in Fresno, California. has been a freelance writer for CBS Newspath in Washington, DC, since May 2005. In March 2006, Oliver was named host of the CBS News program To the Minute. Oliver lives in New York with her husband and three children. On the March 20, 2009 episode of Up To Minute, Oliver announced that this would be his last night as an announcer.
