He appeared in the films “Halloween” and “Won’t You Be Our Neighbor” as Phil and Claire Dunphy’s buddy Jerry. Phil and Claire’s old neighbor was Jerry Norbert. Matt Besser played the role of him. Jerry told Phil in “Halloween” that his wife had left him, which shocked Phil. Jerry eventually stopped listening when Phil pushed him to tell him that it was “spontaneous and sexy.”
Jerry moved out after being divorced from his wife in “Won’t You Be Our Neighbor” and asked Phil to sell his house. Jerry received an invitation to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker family in “Thanksgiving Jamboree”. Jerry was feeling fairly down, most likely as a result of the divorce. When Phil, Jay, and Jerry went to a pharmacy during the celebration, they ran with Jerry’s wife’s divorce attorney, who also happened to be Dede’s attorney.
Besser The Mighty B!
Besser played Anton St. Germain and The Hippie on The Mighty B!. The Hippie, also known as M. Hippie, is a hippie who wanders the streets “caring” nothing at all. Matt Besser, who once provided the voice of Anton St. Germain, plays the Hippie. The Hippie will frequently express opinions that are pro-environment (e.g., believing that shoes are a means of separating people from the environment) and harbor a great mistrust of “the man” and those in positions of authority. Easily the most composed of all the adult characters, he owns a store that doubles as a pawnshop and a magic shop. The Hippie will always assist Bessie in getting out of a jam.
In the first episode of the show, Anton St. Germain made his debut as a judge on Dog Show. Additionally, he has been portrayed as the leader of the municipal council (“Super Secret Weakness”) and as a judge at a research fair (“Artificial Unintelligence”). Typically, he serves as a judge or master of ceremonies in a number of episodes. Some examples of his work include “Ten Little Honeybees,” “Eye of the Honeybee,” and “Dang It Feels Good to Be a Gamester,” where he hosts Portia’s half-birthday celebration and administers the ping pong tournament. Stuck-up and haughty, Anton appears to feel better about himself than those around him and gets irritated quickly with Bessie.
Besser Bob’s Burgers
He plays Greg in Bob’s Burgers. Greg works at Fresh Feed as the manager. He is also a semi-professional kite flyer. He only appears in the movie “Lindapendent Woman.” When Greg meets Linda in “Lindapendent Woman,” she’s out shopping for wine and remarks on how much fun her job must be. She accepts a position at the store after being impressed by what Greg tells her.
