Manu Feildel is a French-Australian chef, restaurateur, and television presenter who was trained in England. He is best known as one of the judges on My Kitchen Rules.

After moving to Australia in 1999, he spent several years working at various restaurants before accepting the invitation to open the kitchen as head chef at Bilson’s, which serves contemporary French cuisine. Feildel left Bilson’s in 2009 and opened Manu at L’Étoile, his own French bistro. However, Feildel cited a “nightmare year” with too much happening, including his commitments to My Kitchen Rules, and increased competition that had hurt his business, requiring him to close the restaurant in March 2014.

In the first episode of the short-lived Australian Beat the Star in 2010, he was a celebrity contestant. After his Sydney restaurant Manu at L’Étoile closed, Feildel and chef George Calombaris opened Le Grand Cirque in Melbourne. Four months later, in August 2014, the restaurant closed.
