Claire had a number of tumultuous relationships during the series, including ones with Russell, Brenda’s brother Billy, and Gabe. In Season 5, Claire dates Republican attorney Ted while working as a temp in the legal department. In the series finale, Claire leaves her family and Ted behind and relocates to New York. She is shown trying to wake her sleeping mother, Vicky, to convince her to give her a ride before boarding the aircraft.
A fire during the catastrophic plane crash almost killed Van. She was lucky to survive the first collision, but she was angry with Jackie, the team leader, for her closest friend Shauna Shipman’s attention being diverted when she was in danger. Bill Martinez, the head coach, was found impaled in a tree by the team later. Jackie suggested they hurl rocks up to see if he moved, not sure whether he was still alive. After stating that she was on fire and hearing this idea, Van blurted out, “Oh wait, that was supposed to be me.”
Van decides to travel away from the crash scene after Taissa spots a lake in the distance, defying Jackie’s protests. They may be stuck, but at least they have porn when they find a shack in the woods later on. She remarks, “At least they have porn.”
Servant
In the Apple TV+ series Servant, she plays Dorothy Turner. Married to Sean Turner, Dorothy “Dottie” Turner is a naive young mother. A young adult nanny is hired by Dorothy to assist in caring for their “firstborn son” following an unimaginable catastrophe caused by her negligence. Dorothy knocks on George’s door and looks for Jericho, but no one answers.
She says that George did really leave that evening, and she hopes he would come back for lunch. She verifies that Frank, her father, is taking Kourtney to dinner in the living room. As they have dinner, Dorothy gives Sean’s prayer her blessing. Afterwards, Dorothy believes she hears someone at the front door as Julian’s phone calls. When she steps outside, she is alone. Dorothy wonders if she will see Jericho again when Sean joins her to sit. He invites her to picture herself holding Jericho in her arms.
They reenter the house and cut short a charades game that Frank, Kourtney, and Julian are playing. When Dorothy discovers the trick, Julian is not breathing and is unconscious. When Leanne goes to Jericho’s chamber, she inquires about the basement noose. Dorothy informs her that it is for her in the event that Jericho is not found.
