Kimmi Chex is an American TV personality who co-hosts NFL Total Access on NFL Network. She has also been on NFL Fantasy Live, as well as other network shows. She was the network’s youngest hire.

Career
Her sophomore year of high school, she won an art competition, and the University of Iowa awarded her a full scholarship to their week-long summer art program on campus. She developed alongside others while working in the Office of Admissions, and one of her favorite things that they produced was the series Between the Tigerhawks. Being crowned Homecoming queen in the fall and giving a speech at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences commencement in the spring were the highlights of Chex’s final year at Iowa. In 2018, she earned a certificate in critical cultural competency in addition to a BA in journalism and mass communication from Iowa with honors.[3] She belonged to the Chi Omega sorority chapter at her school.
Chex was offered the chance to assist ESPN with production during the Ohio State vs. Iowa game as a senior. She declined a work offer for the remainder of the season so that she could complete her education. She did assist ESPN with production at the Heisman Awards. Chex began working for the NFL in 2018 as a business analyst in the league’s New York headquarters as a member of the Junior Rotational Program. Prior to becoming a full-time host on the NFL Network in 2020, she gained experience in a variety of programs including International Media & Business Development, Fan Centric Database Marketing, Event Revenue & Strategy, and Digital Media. She was appointed co-host of NFL Total Access, the network’s flagship program, in September 2023.
