At the age of seven, his father was relocated to Los Angeles, California, and the family moved there. After then, his family also resided in Toronto, Ontario. Sandra is McDonald’s younger sister.
McDonald’s father was a heavy drinker, which served as the inspiration for the Kids in the Hall routines “Daddy Drank” and “Girl Drink Drunk.” Wonderful as she was, his mother refused to leave him until he reached nineteen, at which point his drinking increased to two bottles of vodka a day. Following his father’s collapse on the stairs, McDonald, his mother, and sister moved into an apartment, where they remained every night.
His father went bankrupt, lost his job, and spent a year living in a homeless shelter following the divorce. McDonald and The Kids in the Hall practiced in the same location. Eventually, his father found work in a flower store, then moved into an apartment, and went back to selling dental equipment. An aneurysm claimed his life in 2004. McDonald Friends
McDonald portrayed Guru Saj, Phoebe’s herbalist in “The One With Ross’ Thing”. Ross goes to see Saj after noticing something strange on his posterior, which Saj recognizes as a “koondis.” While scrutinizing the koondis, Saj makes a remark that Ross must love it in order to get rid of it. However, he ends up taking it off himself when it catches on his wrist watch during a hand motion.
At the conclusion of the show, Joey and Chandler see Saj after their pet duck starts to cough. Saj isn’t very helpful when he advises that they attempt to get it to consume a bat. Even though he never saw her on screen, Saj seems to get along well with Phoebe socially, since she seemed to have told him about Ross’s history of clumsiness before he actually met her. This is evident from his reaction when he entered the room and saw that Ross had unintentionally torn out one of his drawers, saying in an agitated yet unsurprised tone of voice, “You must be Ross.” In other words, Saj learned about Ross from the person who had allowed him entry (maybe a secretary or receptionist).
McDonald The Bagel and Becky Show
He plays Bagel in The Bagel and Becky Show. Becky and Bagel pull themselves out of an old lake. Becky gets into an argument with Bagel. At Jenkinsbot’s residence, Bagel disobeys the rules by touching everything. By mistake, Bagel builds an enormous, horrifying, mutant hedge maze. Becky faces off against an extraterrestrial race that despises humans and easily wins mayoral elections. Within Becky, Bagel and Percy constrict themselves. Becky and Bagel construct their own amusement park. Becky and Bagel go back in time.
Bagel is not a fan of haircuts. Bagel discovers his lucky hat is missing. After consuming a lot of chewing gum, Bagel grows a strong jaw. Jenkinsbot looks after Becky and Bagel while Mom goes out. To replace Mom’s Faberge Moon, Bagel and Becky travel to the moon. Becky constructs a gigantic paper airplane. Becky gets her old bibs and Bagel gets his. Mom hands a rubber ball to Becky and Bagel. Bagel and Becky recreate Jenkinsbot’s lost love in an attempt to lift his spirits. Bagel develops a rash that resembles a treasure map on his back. After Becky ignores him during her yearly shredathon, Bagel trims her nails. Bagel comes across a hobo hat.

He makes his debut in “Dear Me,” the fourth episode of Season 2, where he assigns the youngsters to compose letters to themselves 20 years from now.
McDonald Amphibia
Albus Duckweed, an Amphibia restaurant critic, has McDonald as his voice. Albus Duckweed is the most well-liked critic in the town of Wartwood and a newt critic on many occasions. In addition, he announces the public events in the town. Albus is a green newt with red eyes, a teal ponytail secured with a purple bow, and a lighter green underbelly with darker green patches on his tail. His Adam’s apple is only marginally evident. Albus is dressed in black pants, purple dress shoes with yellow buttons, a purple overcoat laced with golden clover-shaped buttons, and a black tricorn hat.
He tends to be quite picky and criticizes people if he doesn’t like what they seem to be doing or the food that they serve him. He is also very critical of other people’s work, especially if it has anything to do with food. This is made clear in the “Lily Pad Thai” episode when he berates Stumpy for the state of his diner and threatens to publish a negative review, claiming that this is his favorite part of being a restaurant reviewer.
His opinions about the eateries he frequents are perceived as contentious and occasionally odd. He describes it as a fascinating and amazing experience for him and goes on to leave a positive review of Stumpy’s Diner after the kraken that was brought to him as a dinner grabs him and starts to fight all the amphibians in the restaurant.
