Knight began her dance career in the United States as a specialist dancer, where she appeared in numerous professional dance teams and music videos. Knight joined the NBA in 2003 and spent two years as a professional cheerleader for the New Jersey Nets. She continued to be a cheerleader in the NBA and danced with the New York Knicks cheerleader until 2007. She also made a 2006 dance performance on Saturday Night Live during this time.
Her music video moving drove her to perform with John Legend, Rec center Class Legends, and Fergie from 2007 onwards. She was on the cover of Dance Spirit Magazine in 2009. From 2007 on, she danced for a number of musicians, including Taylor Swift. With Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek, Keltie has co-hosted the female-focused podcast series LadyGang since December 2015. In the People’s Choice Awards for Best Pop Podcast in 2018, the podcast was up for a nomination. LadyGang debuted on E! on October 28, 2018. with hosts Knight, Jac Vanek, and Becca Tobin. Ed Sheeran and Sabrina Carpenter were among the show’s guests.
