She was named 2019 Reporter of the Year by the New Mexico Broadcasters Association during her time in Albuquerque. She belongs to the Charlotte Area Association of Black Journalists as well as the Society of Professional Journalists. Dimanche is inspired by her work and considers herself fortunate to be able to accomplish what she enjoys every day. She enjoys meeting new people in her community and sharing inspiring experiences.
