Storyline

Storyline

Vaughan Dunlap is a politically and socially aware black student at Atlanta’s Mission College, a historically black college. Dap leads an anti-apartheid rally, urging the school to divest from South Africa. Julian Eaves orders his cousin Darrell “Half-Pint,” a Gamma pledge, to bring a girl to the fraternity night. At the homecoming parade, the Gamma brothers almost come to blows with Dap and his fellow protestors.

Storyline

The film follows the manager of a New York jazz band and his relationship with a woman. Bleek Gilliam, the main character, is in love with Clarke Bentancourt, who wants him to make love to her. On November 1, the film was released. Bleek and Giant go for a bike ride, during which Bleek demands that Giant improve his management skills. Bleek tries to work things out with each girl, but they’re both irritated with him.

He sleeps with them both again, even though he refers to them by their first names. Indigo and Bleek are married in the film and have a ten-year-old son named Miles. Miles wants to go outside and play with his friends in the final scene. Unlike in the first scene, Bleek returns.
