Career
After college, Young found a job as a reporter at the Boston Globe and worked there from 1980 to 1981. He was a reporter for the Wall Street Journal from 1986 to 1990. In January 2007, Yang joined NBC News as a reporter. In November 2007, he was named NBC News White House Correspondent.
