She attended Henninger High School and graduated with the class of 2000. At the age of 16, she had her performing debut as a dancer for The United Booty Foundation, a theatrical production of throwback disco and funk headquartered in Syracuse, NY. She began her comedic career in the Boston region, performing improv comedy with The Tribe and stand-up comedy at the Cantab Lounge in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She relocated to New York City in 2005. Peluso made her television debut in 2013, when she joined the ensemble of MTV’s Girl Code. She appeared in the show’s first two seasons but left before the third season began.
Despite leaving Girl Code, Peluso continued to disseminate her comedy via social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram. She used social media to make a running farce about having a “crush” on John Stamos. Stamos had acknowledged and applauded Peluso’s sense of humor. Despite departing Girl Code, Peluso maintained a close contact with former cast member Carly Aquilino. They’ve also been touring various comedy clubs and performing stand-up shows together.
