In multiple occasions, Kendra can be seen plotting to keep Terri’s secret secure while assisting Terri in pretending to be pregnant. She is also virtually always present when Terri and Quinn are discussing her kid.Terri is advised to move into a larger home by Kendra. It is made clear that she is conceited and snobbish, as she believes Terri’s child shouldn’t be living in that house and ignores Will and Terri’s sentiments about moving.

Terri’s home is visited by Kendra, who offers her pregnancy advice. Terri then admits to her sister that the pregnancy is a hoax. The true nature of Kendra is exposed. Terri is shocked when Kendra instructs her not to tell Will and promises to be there for them. She devises a ruse to obtain the kid of someone else and coerces Terri into carrying it out.

In an attempt to decompress, Kendra is first shown making a call to Terri, telling her not to allow Quinn to receive prenatal shots since she believes they have rendered her triplet kids stupid. The next scene shows her and Terri at Dr. Wu’s office, where they attempt to get Dr. Wu to listen to them by coercion and threats. When Will next sees Terri, she and Terri coerce the doctor into using Quinn’s sonogram on Terri in an attempt to persuade him that the baby is real.

Terri’s mother-in-law, Kendra, is concerned about her mother’s alcohol use during her pregnancy. Kendra freaks out when Quinn tells her that Terri won’t get her baby. Terri and she come up with schemes to get Quinn to give them the baby. Quinn is forced to watch her sons by Kendra so she may experience what life would be like if she kept the child. She likens her sons’ sleeping patterns to those of Quinn and Puck, who were able to get them to take a bath and go to sleep at the same time. This is Kendra’s final episode of Glee.
