Falconer joined Heart to host the Sunday morning show from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on March 14, 2013, replacing Jason Donovan, who left the network to tour in the musical Priscilla: Queen of the Desert. Since then, she has also hosted the 4 – 6 a.m. Early Breakfast slot on weekdays, known as the 4 O’Clock Club.
Her Sunday show was then extended by one hour, ending at 9 a.m. Due to Heart Breakfast (normally 6am-10am) going nationwide with the new schedule of 6.30am-10am in June 2019, her early breakfast show was prolonged 4-6:30am. As a result, she chose to leave her Sunday show. Jenni was succeeded on the Sunday Show by Zoe Hardman.
Falconer announced her departure from Heart in December 2019, and James Stewart took up her Early Breakfast slot. Falconer was named as the new Smooth London breakfast host and Saturday mid-morning host in January 2020, with the latter being simulcast across the UK.
