Her short film Partners, co-directed with Utt, made its festival debut at Sundance in 2016, and their feature was a part of the 2017 Sundance Screenwriter Labs.
Super Deluxe, Turner’s streaming platform, debuted their series Disengaged. Tullock produced a series of fictitious social media videos called Eggshell in 2020, which parodied suburban white ladies. Her writing has been included in the Huffington Post Queer Voices, the NY Stage & Film Festival, and the writers’ room for the Funny to Die original The Coop, in which she also starred.
She used to create and co-host The Morning After, a radio program on wine and food on Heritage Radio. She presented her solo presentation You Shall Inherit the Earth! in 2024, describing how she used magical thinking to get through a stroke. She was a past Sundance screenplay fellow and mentor for the Feature Film Program Committee.
