Janeshia Adams-Ginyard is an American actress, stuntwoman, and professional wrestler. She is most recognized for playing Nomble, one of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe blockbuster Black Panther and the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Adams-Ginyard has presented the LA Talk Live Radio Show, Lady J’s Wild World of Sports, since 2012. She began her professional wrestling career with WOW! Women of Wrestling in 2012, under the ring name FROST The Olympian, which was inspired by her real-life experience as a bobsledder. Adams-Ginyard pursued taekwondo and gymnastics. Working as an extra on film sets also provided her with valuable knowledge. She began working as a stunt performer in 2010, and has since performed stunts for television shows such as The Mindy Project, K.C. Undercover, True Blood, and American Horror Story.
Ginyard featured in the 2018 film Black Panther as a member of the Dora Milaje. She also served as a stunt performer for the film and another Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Avengers: She worked as a stunt performer in 9-1-1, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and Us. She’s also appeared in Nike and Toyota ads, as well as a Lexus spot during the 2018 Super Bowl. The stunt performers for Black Panther won. In 2021, Janeshia was named as a nominee for a Primetime Emmy Award in the new category of Outstanding Stunt Performance for her work on the HBO series Lovecraft Country.
