How I Met Your Mother

She appeared as Jillian, one of the teachers at Lily’s Kindergarten in the American sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Lily recommends that Robin accompany her to Jillian’s birthday celebration in Woooo!. Hopefully unaware of the type of establishment, Robin and Lily attend Jillian’s party at Giddy Ups, a western-style pub.

They quickly discover that her acquaintance is, in fact, a “Woo girl”—a single woman who enjoys going out to parties and exclaims “woo!” all the time. To socialize with single ladies, Robin begins to hang out with the woo girls. Lily makes an unsuccessful attempt at being a woo girl in an attempt to hang out with Robin. Lily can’t be a woo girl since she’s happy, says Robin.

By translating the girls’ woos, Robin demonstrates how unhappy each of them is. Jillian’s “woo” indicates that she fears she will never have children. It’s implied by one of the other girls’ “woos” that she has feelings for Jillian. A few hours later, Stacey suggested that Jillian and her find a guy to go out on a threesome while they were sitting together. Stacey makes a failed attempt to suggest they have sex after Jillian says it would have to be the right guy, but Jillian thinks Ted would be a good fit.

The Sopranos

She appeared as Meadow Soprano in the American crime drama television series The Sopranos. Meadow’s overly dramatic demeanor and denial suggest a somewhat disturbed past. She is first shown in the early seasons as a brilliant but privileged partygoer. Her character evolved in the following seasons as she gained insight into the realities of relationships, politics, money, and life. She is the family achiever and a source of pride for her parents, in sharp contrast to her brother A.J. Her development would predict that of her younger brother, Robert Iler’s character A.J. Sigler was chosen to play Meadow Soprano in 1997. Sigler assumed she would have to sing soprano when her manager first informed her about the Sopranos audition.

Entourage

She appeared as herself. The first time we see her is in S05E08, First Class Jerk, where she jerks Turtle off a plane. When Turtle tells the gang about his encounter with Jamie, they don’t believe him, and word gets out that Jamie jerked him. Jamie then angrily splashes a drink in Turtle’s face. Drama tries to talk her out of ending their relationship, saying that it was Drama who started the rumors in the first place, but she leaves. The two start dating soon after, but their romance ends in the season 6 finale when Jamie accepts an acting role in New Zealand.
