Career

Cohen first rose to fame in the 1980s as a member of the comedy troupe Bob Smith and Danny McWilliams. The trio toured throughout the years, performing at shows where each member performed solo, including the 1991 Just for Laughs festival. They also collaborated on the 1995 comedy novel Growing Up Gay: From Left to Right, which was nominated for the 8th Annual Lambda Literary Award in the comedy category.
