He appeared as “Sparky” Polastri, an infamous choreographer who teaches a special dance called “The Spirit Fingers” in the 2000 American teen comedy film Bring It On. Torrance Shipman, a senior at Rancho Carne High School, has been elected as the next team captain for her cheerleading group, the Toros, which is vying for its sixth consecutive national championship. Torrance is replaced after her partner Aaron’s college education by Missy Pantone, a brilliant gymnast who transfers from Los Angeles with her twin brother Cliff. Torrance denies stealing their shouts and brings Missy to Los Angeles to witness the East Compton Clovers, a rival team. Torrance discovers that the Clovers have stolen their routines and want to utilize them to win the national championship.

Both the Toros and the Clovers make it to the finals at nationals, with Cliff making an unexpected cameo to cheer them on. Torrance and Isis offer each other last-minute advice, and the Clovers win the nationals, earning both the Toros and the Clovers newfound respect.
