Emilio Rivera is an American film and television actor, as well as a stand-up comedian. He is most known for playing Marcus Álvarez in Sons of Anarchy and its spin-off, Mayans M.C.

Rivera’s first role was in the series “Renegade” opposite Lorenzo Lamas. He also starred in the film Con Air opposite Nicolas Cage. Emilio has appeared in many commercials, TV shows and films, including Training Day, Fun with Dick and Jane, Cars, Cable Guy, NYPD Blue, Beverly Hills 90210, “Walker Texas Ranger”, “Titus”, “Hitman: Agent”, “JAG”, “ER”, “Walking with Vin Diesel”, John Cusack’s film “Don’t Quit”, Ali G Indahouse, “Rush”, Howard Stern’s “Peach Kids”, “Law & Order: Unit” “Z Nation” and McMahon’s new series “Metro”. He also played Marcus Alvarez on Sons of Anarchy for seven seasons and Alvarez on Mayans MC for 5 seasons.
