Dickie Arbiter is a British journalist, television, and radio royal family critic, and international public speaker. From 1988 to 2000, he was Queen Elizabeth II’s press spokesman; in the 1996 Birthday Honours, he was made Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO).
