Desi Terrell Banks, Jr. is an American comedian and actor. He was a wide receiver for Morehead State during his two college football seasons. Banks started posting comedy routines on Vine in 2012.

In 2012, Banks began posting comedy sketches on Vine. After his video went viral, he decided to pursue an acting career after graduating in 2015 because “football doesn’t work.” It has also expanded to other platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, posting three to four videos a day. As of 2023, the artist has more than 8 million followers on Instagram and her YouTube channel has reached more than 2 million subscribers and more than 750 million views. The Hollywood Reporter’s list of best actors ranks him at least third. Banks started doing stand-up comedy in 2017.
In 2018, she founded Desi Banks Productions, a production company that produces online videos. She starred in films such as “Will Packer’s Little” (2018). He attended Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, Georgia, where he competed in track, basketball, and football. Banks played for the Morehead Texas Eagles in college. As a freshman and sophomore in 2011 and 2012, he had 14 catches for 162 yards and two touchdowns in 15 games. He was transferred to the Georgia Panthers football team, but did not get the chance to play. He graduated from Georgia State University in December 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in leadership.
