David Feldman Biography

David Beauregard Feldman is an American stand-up comedian, comedy writer, and podcaster. He  has won three Prime Time Emmys for comedy writing, four Writers Guild Awards, and the highly sought-after CableACE award. Most recently, Feldman has collaborated closely with Robert Smigel on a number of Triumph The Insult Comic Dog-related projects, co-hosting a radio show with Ralph Nader for Pacifica.

Feldman has won three Primetime Emmy Awards, four Writers Guild Awards and the coveted CableACE Award for drama writing. More recently, he has worked closely with Robert Smigel to help conceive, write and/or produce various projects related to Triumph The Insult Comic Dog. He also co-hosted the Pacifica radio show with Ralph Nader. He has also written for the Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, and countless Comedy Central shows. Feldman wrote with Andrea Martin, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. Feldman also stars in Adult Swim’s Jack And Triumph, Hulu’s Election Coverage, ABC’s Roseanne, HBO’s Dennis Miller Live, HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Comedy He has also written for Central’s The Burn, Joy Behar’s Say Anything, and Fox. As a comedian, Feldman has appeared regularly on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” “The Late Night Show” and “Late Late Show,” as well as his own special for Comedy Central. In 2009, Feldman launched the audience-supporting “David Feldman Show,” which features a variety of live and pre-recorded content available for free download from the iTunes Store.
