Before moving to Los Angeles, Woodburn appeared in several stage productions, including Redskins Want Bronx (directed by Israel Horowitz Scarpino’s “Revenge of the Space Panda”); his New York theater debut began with Soda Jerk. Experienced as a stand-up comedian, Woodburn has performed nationally in shows such as Development, The Shop Fun, Gotham Comedy Club, Carolines on Broadway, Ice House, and “Professor Pixel” Castle, which was filmed at the Magic Castle nightclub in Los Angeles.
In over 150 television programs, Woodburn has had numerous leading and recurring roles in critically acclaimed films, starting with his popular role as Mickey Abbott on the TV series Seinfeld, which won him many Emmy Awards. He appeared in the 1997 series Conan (as Conan’s sidekick Ottley in Special Unit 2, Carl; weight;). This series also features many guest stars. He has a recurring role as Mr. in children’s television programs such as Lois & Clark: The New The Adventures of Superman The Prince CSI;
The Life of Chuck and Cody Cory at Home. Poulos in “Crash Bandicoot and Bernstein.” A guest female elf quest master in the “Pixtopia” episode of Disney Channel’s Against the Stars. Eden Sher stars in the lead role in Forces of Evil. Woodburn has appeared in “Jingle All the Way”, You’ll Have to Tell Someone to Look; she also has roles in the children’s films Santa Buddies, The Search for Santa Paws, and Santa Paws 2: Santa Pups. She played Splinter, voiced by Tony Shalhoub, in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
