She began writing investigative news articles for the monthly periodical ‘St. Louis Magazine,’ published in St. Louis, Missouri, after attending Webster University. She also created her website ‘Mamalogues,’ which was picked up by a major St. Louis newspaper, the ‘St. Louis Post-Dispatch,’ as a weekly column. It earned her the title of ‘Best Newspaper Columnist St. Louis 2007’ from the weekly newspaper ‘Riverfront Times’ in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2008, she began hosting her radio show, which evolved into a syndicated, daily show titled ‘The Dana Show: The Conservative Alternative’ on the American radio network ‘Radio America,’ which specializes in conservative talk programming.
