D. L. Hughley (Darryl Lynn Hughley) is an actor, political commentator, radio host, author, and stand-up comedian from the United States. From 1992 to 1993, Hughley was the original host of BET’s comic book ComicView, the ABC/UPN sitcom The Hughleys eponymous character, and one of the “Big Four” comedians of The First Kings of Comedy. He was a reporter for the Jay Leno Show on NBC and a local personality on the radio and interviewers in New York City for CNN’s D. L. Hughley Breaks the News. D.L. at the beginning of 2013. At Dancing with the Stars, Hughley landed in 9th place.
