Fassnidge appeared as a competitor in the seventh season of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia in January 2021. He was the tenth competitor eliminated and finished fifth.
Fassnidge was revealed as the host of an Australian adaption of Kitchen Nightmares on Channel 7 in March 2022. In 2023, it was reported that he would be a guest speaker at Winetopia Auckland 2023, the first time the event included international speakers since 2020.
