Brown has performed on many different shows, including BET’s ComicView and One Mic Stand and Showtime at the Apollo Theatre. He later began appearing on television, making guest appearances on “ER” and “Breaking Bad.” In 2011, Brown played the role of Tasha Smith’s best friend Jennifer on the Oprah Winfrey network’s comedy series Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse. The show ran for six seasons. In 2014, she starred in the movie “The Single Moms Club” alongside Nia Long, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Zulay Henao and Amy Smart. His performance received positive reviews.
