She was the chef de cuisine at Mercato BYOB in Philadelphia until winning Hell’s Kitchen in 2012. She has appeared on every consecutive Hell’s Kitchen season since her first, serving as the red team Sous-chef for seasons 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. She’s also appeared on Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back, The F Word, and MasterChef Junior. Wilson also hosted a ten-episode YouTube series titled Recipes From Hell’s Kitchen in 2017.

Wilson did not attend culinary school and instead began her career at McDonald’s. Her first serious cooking job was at West Chester Country Club in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where she “begged to be allowed in the kitchen to learn.” She began working in downtown eateries while attending Temple University in Philadelphia. Wilson led the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group’s US division as Culinary Director in 2015, which included ten locations at the time.

Wilson has been the Vice President of Culinary for Gordon Ramsay North America since October 2020; in addition to the 14 locations that Ramsay currently has in the US, Gordon Ramsay North America’s CEO, Norman Abdallah, has signaled the company’s intention to open 75 new company-owned locations across the US between 2022 and 2026.
