He began his stand up career in 1995 in New York and regularly performs at comedy clubs and colleges around the country. Finnegan hosts VH1’s Best of the Week and stars as Chad, the only white friend, in the “Crazy Real World” skit on Comedy Central’s Chappelle’s Show. Finnegan appeared on the TBS series Are We There Yet? He is the star of the series. Finnegan has appeared on Comedy Central and has produced his own half-hour special, “Premium Blend”, his one-hour stand-up special, “Au Contraire”, and his Comedy Central show: Christian Finnegan and Myriad Network Switches. He co-wrote Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, who was also a guest on the show. Finnegan’s stand-up comedy was also featured on Comedy Central’s animated series Shorties Watchin’ Shorties.
